When I requested money owing I got no reply. Why? When I sent an email I got a computer generated response informing me that my account had been terminated and I was not permitted to open another one. Why? Don't they have phones? When I called the Amazon helpline, they said there is no number available for KDP. When I went through their 'Contact us' links, there is no number to call, you can only contact them by email. I had three books on Kindle Direct Publishing and out of the blue my account was terminated with no explanation, not even an email.
